Ayesha Fawad

As VP of Software Engineering, Ayesha is integral in building and maintaining our data intensive, AI-enabled intelligence platform. She oversese processes, resources and technical execution to drive operational excellence; accelerate delivery; and ensure the stability, security and scalability of e.Republic’s platforms. She serves as the critical link between executive leadership, product management and engineering. Ayesha is an accomplished software engineering executive with deep experience leading the design of scalable, cloud-based systems and enterprise architecture solutions across telecommunications, health care and public-sector technology. Most recently, as Director of Architecture and Solution Design at Comcast, she spearheaded the technical foundation for Xfinity Mobile while delivering AI-driven platforms that enhanced automation, developer productivity and workflow optimization. Her career at Comcast spanned senior engineering and architecture roles. Prior to Comcast, she contributed to full-stack development and system integrations at Geisinger Medical.
